MARKET OPENS SUNDAY, MAY 1, 2022

We look forward to seeing you at Edmonton’s largest and original outdoor farmers’ market this season. We’re proud to say we’ve been in operation for 38 years and have some of the most amazing vendors in the city, offering everything from locally grown produce and meat to hand-crafted clothing and woodwork. ABOUT THE SUNDAY MARKET

If you’re looking for an energetic atmosphere with great entertainment and up to 125 vendors per week, we encourage you to check out the Sunday market!

  • Season runs from May 1-October 9, 2022
  • Takes place every Sunday from 10:00am to 3:00pm
  • Happens at the Marketplace at Callingwood on the corner of 69 Ave and 177 St.
  • Vendor stalls are located in the parking lot near Muggnz’ Restaurant, in the covered courtyard and in the parking lot along 177 St.
  • Offers onsite activities including music, food demos, workshops, kids games and more
  • Offers free parking in and around the Marketplace at Callingwood


ABOUT THE WEDNESDAY MINI MARKET

Attracting a loyal group of customers who prefer to shop mid-week, this quaint little market is well-suited to those looking for a more low-key atmosphere!

  • Season runs from May 4-September 28, 2022
  • Takes place every Wednesday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Happens at the Marketplace at Callingwood on the corner of 69 Ave and 177 St.
  • Vendor stalls are located in the parking lot near Muggnz’ Restaurant, in the covered courtyard and in the parking lot along 177 St.
  • Offers onsite activities including music, food demos, workshops, kids games and more
  • Offers free parking in and around the Marketplace at Callingwood
 

SAFETY / COVID-19 UPDATES

Under current Chief Medical Officer of Health Orders, the Callingwood Farmers’ Market (along with all Alberta farmers’ markets) are required to do the following:

  • Implement practices to minimize the risk of transmission of infection among attendees
  • Provide procedures for rapid response if an attendee develops symptoms of illness
  • Ensure that attendees maintain high levels of sanitation and personal hygiene
  • Comply, to the extent possible, with the COVID-19 General Relaunch Guidance, this guidance, and any other applicable Alberta Health guidance found at: https://www.alberta.ca/biz-connect.aspx.

The Callingwood Farmers’ Market remains committed to working with Alberta Health Services to ensure we meticulously meet these and all upcoming requirements.

 

DOG POLICY

The Callingwood Farmers’ Market is a food establishment and, as much as we love your dogs, we enforce a NO ANIMAL POLICY (service dogs are welcome with valid registration).  While we understand this is disappointing, we ask for your cooperation and understanding.
